About zagn project

We make breathable clay pots—for quiet plants and quieter moments.

What We Believe

At zagn project, we believe that caring for small plants can also be a way of caring for yourself.

That’s why we make hand-thrown, unglazed clay pots that support root health and offer a moment of calm for your space. Our pots are simple, tactile, and designed for breathability. They’re made slow—on purpose—so your plants can grow slow too.

Why Our Pots Are Different

Succulents keep dying from overwatering → ✅ Breathable, porous clay helps roots stay dry

Plastic or glossy pots feel artificial → ✅ We use unglazed, raw finishes that feel natural

Hard to find pots that blend with interiors → ✅ Our color palette is quiet and earthy—made to soften, not stand out

Tired of mass-produced things → ✅ Each zagn pot is thrown by hand in small batches, one at a time

Our Process

Each zagn pot is hand-thrown on a wheel in our Seoul studio.

We leave the surface unglazed so air can move freely, and we develop every shape and tone to feel as grounded as the plants it holds. From solid tones to warm two-tone blends, every pot is slightly different—just like your plants, just like your home.

Who It’s For

zagn pots are for people who:

  • want to give their plants a better home
  • enjoy quiet, slow rituals
  • care about materials, not trends
  • believe beauty can be soft and subtle
